数智时代云浮青少年数字风险的生成逻辑与治理路径研究
Abstract
In the digital-intelligent era, the deep integration of algorithmic recommendations, the platform economy, and digital devices has exposed adolescents to new types of digital risks. This study focuses on Yunfu, a less-developed prefecture-level city in northern Guangdong, and, based on theoretical and normative analysis, examines the overall status, mechanisms of emergence, and governance pathways of digital risks among adolescents there. The findings reveal that digital risks among Yunfu’s adolescents are characterized by the coexistence of low digital literacy and high risk exposure, with left-behind children, vocational high school students, and rural girls being the most vulnerable groups. The emergence of digital risks is the result of the interaction among four factors: technological logic, platform logic, individual logic, and social logic. These four logics form a positive feedback loop, causing risks to be amplified exponentially in underdeveloped rural areas. Accordingly, this paper constructs a governance pathway across five dimensions—institutional, educational, technological, service-oriented, and community-based—prioritizing the restoration of family and community support systems to break the positive feedback loop of the four logics.
