Abstract

Abstract Lateral meniscus oblique radial tears, particularly high‐grade types 3 and 4, are common in acute anterior cruciate ligament injuries and contribute to significant knee instability and meniscal extrusion if left unrepaired. Surgical repair is necessary to restore normal knee kinematics and meniscal function. This article describes a reproducible all‐inside surgical technique for repairing a type 3 lateral meniscus oblique radial tear.
