Analisis Pemanfaatan Tes HIV/AIDS pada Ibu Hamil Berdasarkan Faktor Model Kebutuhan Andersen di Rejosari Puskesmas Pringsewu 2026
Abstract
The utilization of HIV/AIDS testing in pregnant women is an important part of the Triple Elimination Program to prevent mother-to-child transmission of HIV. The coverage of Triple Elimination testing at the Rejosari Pringsewu Community Health Center has not reached the national target of 95%, with only 73% achieved in 2025. This study aims to analyze the relationship between needs factors based on the Andersen Model with the utilization of HIV/AIDS testing in pregnant women at the Rejosari Pringsewu Community Health Center in 2026. The study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach . The population was 556 pregnant women with a sample of 132 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using univariate, bivariate (chi-square), and multivariate (multiple logistic regression) analysis . The results showed that 75.0% of respondents had high utilization of HIV/AIDS testing. Bivariate analysis showed that self-perception of health status during pregnancy (p<0.001; OR=5.041), perception of severity of risk of HIV transmission to child (p=0.003; OR=4.860), frequency of symptoms or illnesses during pregnancy (p=0.020; OR=2.950), and presence of chronic or comorbidities (p=0.003) were significantly associated with utilization of HIV/AIDS testing, while the number of health conditions evaluated was not associated (p=0.841; OR=0.851). Multivariate analysis showed that the presence of chronic or comorbidities was the most dominant factor (AOR=5.333). It is recommended to increase education and counseling regarding the importance of HIV testing for all pregnant women.
