Abstract

The article examines the concept of variation and its place in linguistics, its study and types, as well as the lexical features of phraseological variants used in the works of Sh. Isakhanova. The writer’s individual style in the use of phraseological units and the significance of phrasemes in revealing the distinctive features of historical works are analyzed. The linguistic characteristics of phraseological variants and their linguocultural aspects are discussed. The article also examines the nominative and stylistic functions of phraseological variants.
