Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged the shift toward cashless transactions and requires Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt to digitalization. This community service program aimed to improve Generation Z students’ understanding of digital payment systems, particularly QRIS, as well as simple financial recording and MSME tax administration. The activity was conducted at STIE Wibawa Karta Raharja, Purwakarta, involving 17 students. The program was delivered through interactive education covering digital payment systems, QRIS registration and transaction fees, simple financial recording, and tax administration. Participants’ understanding was evaluated through pre-tests and post-tests using Google Forms. The results showed an increase in the average score from 78.89 in the pre-test to 87.78 in the post-test. This improvement indicates that the program enhanced participants’ understanding of digital payment utilization, financial recording, and taxation for MSMEs. The activity is expected to encourage Generation Z to utilize digital technology in developing more organized, professional, and competitive businesses.
