Pengembangan Situs Web Dengan Metode Waterfall Guna Meningkatkan Akses Publik Terhadap Informasi Serta Layanan Bappeda dan Litbang Kabupaten Dogiyai
Abstract
Public information and services at Bappeda and Litbang of Dogiyai Regency require a more structured digital medium to support centralized information management and public access. This study aims to develop a web-based information and public service system using the Waterfall model. Development was conducted through four sequential stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation using MySQL and Bootstrap, and functional testing with black-box testing. The resulting system provides administrator login, news management, employee data, work programs, feedback, gallery, institutional settings, and public information access. Black-box testing covered nine functional scenarios and all scenarios were successfully executed according to the expected outputs. The study therefore demonstrates that the developed website fulfills the functional requirements defined during development. User acceptance and performance under different network conditions are outside the scope of the results reported in this study and remain subjects for further testing.
