THE EFFECTIVENESS OF IMPLEMENTING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN BUSINESS PROCESSES OF COMPANIES
Abstract
The article examines the problem of assessing the effectiveness of implementing artificial intelligence technologies in business processes of enterprises in the context of economic digitalization. It is noted that the widespread adoption of intelligent solutions is outpacing the development of methodological tools that would allow for an objective assessment of their economic performance. A methodological approach to a comprehensive assessment of effectiveness is proposed, based on taking into account changes in the cost structure, the time characteristics of processes, and the quality of management decisions. The comparability of the results and the interpretation of the assessments obtained under conditions of limited initial data. The assessment of the results obtained is limited to individual indicators; a significant portion of the effects are indirect and manifest themselves in the speed of response to external influences and the quality of management decisions. The complexity is increased by the variety of technologies and scenarios used. Solutions differ in scale, level of automation, and degree of integration into existing business processes. Implementation becomes difficult, and the accumulated experience is poorly transferable between enterprises.
