Abstract
This chapter discusses upgrades in pricing strategies for the hospitality industry. It will analyze real-time dynamic pricing and advanced revenue management systems with reference to the framework of Hospitality 5.0. AI, IoT, and data analytics help to advance pricing strategies from basic static models to cutting-edge adaptive pricing systems. This study describes real-time data capture of customer interactions, demand fluctuations, competitor pricing, and other macroeconomic data used to enhance pricing strategies. This chapter will explain pricing strategies that capture the human element, where pricing strategies will be transparent and just, and optimize the experience of the customer and the overall profit of the business. The chapter also deals with reinforcement learning and predictive analytics as algorithmic revenue optimization strategies and examines the ethics of pricing strategies. Issues of data and customer privacy and dynamic pricing will also be examined
