Conditioned by the social milieu, traditional values, cultural patterns and customary law, this topic determines the democratic transformation of the current creation. According to the above, the positioning of women is based on established principles of functioning and gender relations in society. The country’s political system advocates progress in that area with the elimination of discrimination, followed by the adoption of certain normative documents. Some parts of the country are burdened with drastic differences with the inhumane position of women, threatened safety and health of the population in question. The centralization of political institutions prevents the objective work of judicial bodies, so that numerous cases of repression remain unsanctioned. There is an evident increase in violence against women and femicide, which escalated with Turkey’s withdrawal from the Istanbul Declaration. Threats to personal safety and health protection mean big problems. It implies that a comprehensive engagement of all community actors is necessary, including educational institutions, civil society and the media. The most obvious is the animosity towards the women of the Kurdish nationality, while the adequate sensibility of the international community is significant and decisive in addition to relevant domestic actors.
