Sistem Informasi Penjualan Hasil Komoditi Berbasis Web Pada Gapoktan Kelore Laka Desa Tenawahang Kabupaten Flores Timur

Abstract

Gapoktan Kelore Laka in Tenawahang Village, East Flores Regency, still manages commodity sales manually, from recording harvest yields and stock management to sales transactions and report preparation. This condition causes inaccurate data, delayed information processing, and lack of transparency in profit sharing. This study aims to develop a web-based commodity sales information system that can improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in sales data management. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a waterfall development model covering requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The study was conducted at Gapoktan Kelore Laka, Tenawahang Village, Titehena District, East Flores Regency, from April to June 2026 with administrators, members, and customers as subjects. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and literature study, while data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result is a web-based information system capable of managing member data, products, sales transactions, payments, and deliveries in an integrated manner. The system also provides payment verification by administrators, delivery management, and transaction notifications to customers. A reporting feature helps administrators monitor sales activities. Black box testing shows that login, data management, ordering, payment, delivery, and reporting features run according to requirements. Thus, the system is suitable for use as a commodity sales management medium at Gapoktan Kelore Laka.
