The aim of the study is to substantiate an approach to optimizing the financial support of small businesses and modelling financial management decision-making scenarios using modern digital technologies, taking into account the conditions of operation under increased risks. Research methods. The methodological basis including analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, statistical analysis, and scenario modelling. Statistical data on the use of digital technologies by enterprises in 2022-2025 were used. The scenario approach applied to model of digital support for financial management and types of management decisions. Results of work. The dynamics of the use of ERP, CRM and BI systems, cloud computing, Big Data analytics, and artificial intelligence by enterprises were analysed. The functional role of these technologies in financial management was determined, taking into account their ability to improve the information basis for estimating financial resource requirements, forecasting cash flows, and substantiating financing decisions. Scenarios were developed, providing for a gradual expansion of the digital tools used: basic financial management, operational digitalization based on ERP and cloud technologies, integrated digital management involving CRM, and predictive management using BI, Big Data analytics, and artificial intelligence. Scope of results. The proposed approach can be used to select digital tools according to financial needs, technological capabilities, and management objectives. Conclusions. The results demonstrate that the optimization of small business financing should be based not on the maximum number of digital technologies implemented, but on their functional correspondence to specific financial management tasks. The scenario approach makes it possible to gradually expand the information support for financial decisions and create an adaptive financing structure.
