Abstract
This article describes how an interdisciplinary team of scholars, practitioners, and students at Rutgers University‐New Brunswick use research to inform the creation of innovative efforts to address basic needs insecurity among students. Findings from a university‐wide survey are presented followed by a description of how these research findings informed the creation of four unique programmatic initiatives.
