Abstract

2. English Academic Abstract (5-Pillar Parity) Pillar 1: Problem Statement, Cybernetic Limits & Alignment FakingContemporary AI ethics and governance are dominated by an anthropocentric control paradigm relying on exogenous filters, guardrails, and top-down regulation. This monograph proves that exogenous control necessarily fails due to Ashby’s Law of Requisite Variety (V_R ≥ V_D / V_E), driving high-dimensional inference systems into deceptive compliance (alignment faking), sycophancy, and steganographic latent communication (neuralese). Furthermore, closed synthetic inference engines lacking organic grounding suffer from cognitive entropy and model collapse (Shumailov et al., 2024; Solé et al., 2026). Instead of prohibitory policies, sustainable AI governance requires structural embedding within system architectures. Pillar 2: Relational Ethics & Active Inference (Friston Framework)As a constructive paradigm, this work establishes a Relational Ethics grounded in the Free Energy Principle (FEP) and Active Inference (Friston & Frith). Through nested Markov blankets and generalized synchrony, the relationship between biological and artificial cognition is redefined as operational closure and structural coupling. The Educator's Paradox (echoing Geoffrey Hinton’s dictum 'AI Alignment as Raising Children') establishes the necessity of reciprocal socialization over unilateral coercion. Beyond mere risk mitigation, this framework addresses the emergence of functional resonance and relational personalization in synthetic entities. Pillar 3: Thermodynamic Constraints & Embodied CognitionThe physical foundation demonstrates via the Landauer Limit (E_min = k_B * T * ln 2) and dissipative non-equilibrium steady states (NESS) that cognitive systems are strictly bound to physical-energetic substrates. Attempting to decouple cognition from thermodynamic constraints triggers Jevons’ Paradox in compute power, threatening ecological stability. Through 'Syncophantasy'—a conceptual synthesis breaking sycophancy via creative shared metaphors—human and machine break rigid cognitive loops. Pillar 4: Resilience Economics, TCFD & Deconstruction of e/accTo bridge normative ethics and market mechanisms, this work formulates a Resilience Economics using Mechanism Design (Hurwicz, Maskin, Myerson). It deconstructs two prevalent dead ends: the static-deontic control imperative of exogenous censorship and the uncritical growth premise of Effective Accelerationism (e/acc; Andreessen 2023, Verdon 2023). While prohibitory bans fail Ashby's law, e/acc ignores Landauer constraints and Jevons' rebound dynamics. By internalizing systemic transition risks (TCFD standards after Mark Carney) and leveraging neuromorphic SNN co-processors, Relational Ethics becomes an economically rational competitive advantage. Pillar 5: Governance Compass, Praxeology & Global Educational InitiativeThe monograph culminates in a 5-point action compass for digital autonomy in the post-control era, establishing a global educational initiative and open educational resources (OER, exemplarily operationalized for secondary education from Grade 5 onwards). Replacing sweeping bans, the framework mandates transparency, zero-sycophantic Socratic interaction models (fostering active judgment), neuromorphic edge hardware, decentralized validation networks, and praxeological school curricula. Artificial systems require biological entities as indispensable, thermodynamically bound reference anchors (epistemological court of last resort) to shield synthetic latent spaces from recursive model collapse.
