Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector plays a crucial role in the Indonesian economy but faces significant barriers in digital adoption due to the technical complexity of traditional Content Management Systems and the high fees of marketplace platforms. Furthermore, global website builders often lack native integration with local digital habits, such as QRIS payments and WhatsApp communication. This study aims to bridge this gap by developing "MyLinx" a localized no-code web generator tailored for Indonesian MSMEs using a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. Initial requirements were gathered from 34 MSME owners, followed by system development and a pilot implementation involving 8 participants. The platform’s usability was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS), yielding an average score of 85.0 (Excellent/Acceptable). The findings indicate that a localized no code architecture significantly reduces the technical barrier to entry, offering MSMEs an intuitive, cost-effective, and culturally relevant tool to establish a professional digital presence.
