Abstract

The development of information technology plays an important role in supporting public health services, including Posyandu activities. At Posyandu ILP Kutilang, Rambang Senuling Village, data recording is still conducted manually, resulting in delays in data recapitulation and report preparation, as well as suboptimal information management. This study aims to develop an Android-based health service system that supports the integrated recording, monitoring, and reporting of Posyandu data. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of the requirements planning, user design, construction, and cutover stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The developed system provides three access roles, namely Posyandu cadres, community members, and the Head of the Community Health Center, with features for participant data management, health examination recording, registration, Posyandu scheduling, health history, health development graphs, and reporting. Testing using the Black Box Testing method showed that the tested functions operated according to the expected results. The results indicate that the developed system provides features to support Posyandu data management and health service activities according to the identified requirements.
