Estabilidad gubernamental y relegitimidad institucional. El rol de las políticas asistenciales en el acuerdo entre Argentina y el FMI en 2018

Abstract

The objective of the work is to analyze the assistance dimension of the agreement between the International Monetary Fund and the Government of Cambiemos during the year 2018. To do this, the descriptive review of the native categories from different documentary sources observed under the data selection criteria is used. of enunciative continuity and apparent discontinuity. Within the findings, it is observed that the loan occurred within the framework of two contextual elements that shaped the characteristis that it promoted for the State's social intervention. On the one hand, the political stability of the government and, on the other, the institutional relegitimization of the organization in Latin America. Against this backdrop, the loan highlighted three dimensions: the commodification of the social, attention to the consequences of adjustment and the recognition of identities.
