Abstract

Smart technologies improve modern living, their reliance on linked infrastructures may make them more susceptible to disruptions caused by people and the environment. The idea of developing smart but resilient cities has assumed primacy amid growing dangers from environment associated disorders and substructure stresses triggered by swift expansion. Robust smart cities include adaptive sizes in municipal schemes to ensure effective endurance amid disorderly situations. Effective recovery procedures, coordinated emergency responses, and well-developed preparedness strategies are necessary to accomplish this. In contrast to earlier assessments that discuss resilience and smart cities independently, our study specifically looks at their crucial connection. In this paper finally discussed various technologies like artificial intelligence, IOT, Its and digital twin for the smart cities applications
