Reimagining Hotel Operations in the Age of Artificial Intelligence Through the StayMaster Smart Platform

Abstract

AI is transforming hotel operations at a rapid pace, necessitating management systems that are intelligent, flexible, and interconnected. This study unveils the StayMaster Smart Platform, an AI-driven innovation that revolutionizes energy savings, cleaning coordination, maintenance, and front desk administration through guest experience customisation. Visualizing the platform's architecture, documenting its primary functional components, and demonstrating how automation, ML, and real-time data analytics enhance operational agility and evidence-based decision-making are all part of design science research. Sustainable resource management, operational efficiency, service consistency, and cross-departmental cooperation are all enhanced with StayMaster. In addition to AI, the study broadens platform-based intelligence in the hospitality industry. Smart hotel platforms are supported by the research, which also helps with digital transformation for management. The topics of data-driven hotel management and artificial intelligence strategy in the hospitality industry are both covered in depth in this study.
