Abstract

We introduce a purely Lie algebraic formalization of the Feigin–Tipunin’s geometric construction of logarithmic CFTs/VOAs. After reformulating the geometric representation theory of FT construction under this new setting, within this framework, we uniformly construct the (multiplet) principal W-algebras at positive integer level associated with any simple Lie algebra g\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$${\mathfrak {g}}$$\end{document} and Lie superalgebra osp(1|2r)\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$\mathfrak {osp}(1|2r)$$\end{document}, thereby establishing Weyl-type character formulas and simplicity theorems that extend the first author’s previous results.
