Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations as well as the role of cognitive linguistics and semantic methods, which are modern directions in linguistics, in the analysis of literary texts. It highlights the dialectical relations between human language and thought, the development stages of the cognitive approach, and conceptualization processes in analyzing literary discourse. The study establishes a theoretical framework to reveal the cognitive characteristics of the artistic world in Nazar Eshonqul’s works.
