Sistem Informasi Penjualan Online Aneka Kue Menggunakan Algoritma Apriori Pada Toko Purnama (Studi Kasus Borong Manggarai Timur)

Abstract

Purnama Cake Shop in Borong, East Manggarai Regency, still uses manual record-keeping in its sales processes, transaction data management, and report preparation. This condition increases the risk of recording errors, creates difficulties in managing data, and makes the report preparation process less effective. In addition, the available transaction data has not yet been utilized to identify customer purchasing patterns. This study aims to develop a website-based online sales information system that can assist in transaction processing and sales data management, as well as apply the Apriori algorithm to analyze product purchasing patterns that are frequently purchased together. The study uses a quantitative approach with a data mining approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and literature study. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The Apriori algorithm was applied to analyze transaction data based on support and confidence values, while system testing was conducted using Black Box Testing. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP. The study resulted in an online sales information system that provides menu management, ordering, transaction processing, payment, sales reporting, and Apriori analysis. The testing results show that the main system features function according to the required functional specifications. The application of the Apriori algorithm also generated association rules that can be used to identify customer purchasing patterns as a consideration for promotional strategies, product package arrangements, and inventory management.
