Enhancing Employee Performance ThroughLean Management Implementation
Abstract
Lean Management identifies itself as an efficient management model, providing a solid framework for optimizing internal processes and boosting employee performance. Through its core principles of eliminating waste and orienting activities based on customer perceived value, Lean makes it easier for organizations to streamline their operations, better respond to market needs, and create sustainable value. This paper analyzes how the implementation of Lean principles influences organizational performance and the degree of employee involvement in daily work. To assess the impact of Lean Management within organizations, the research was conducted on a mixed methodological approach, including both quantitative and qualitative analysis. In addition, the paper proposes a series of concrete strategies for introducing Lean Management within an organization, emphasizing the importance of the stages of preparation, internal communication and continuous training. The conclusions emphasize that the success of an effective implementation depends to a large extent on the existing organizational culture.
