ISA-R2P-H polar handoff: conditioning-budget controls, spectral retention and integer-mode alignment evidence

Abstract

Results-only evidence companion for the ISA-R2P-H reduced polar-handoff surrogate. It combines 19 archived CSV tables, six historical figures and the archived certificate with six freshly passing existing module tests, 40 fresh synthetic diffusion rows and 583 numerical consistency/analytic checks. Twenty-eight selected source/result files match each of two inspected ZIP archives exactly, giving 56 archive comparisons. Source files themselves are excluded from the deposit. The original parent-conditioning and random-search campaigns were not regenerated. Selected numerical outcomes: - Under equal template-energy matching, modes 2, 3, 6, 10 and 14 first meet the archived conditioning gate at 12.8, 5.8, 1.5, 0.6 and 0.3 tau_A respectively. Mode 1 does not reach it within the archived 16 tau_A window. The gate requires p95/mean >= 1.50 and target-mode amplitude >= 0.20. Static modes 1–14 do not reach that gate under equal-force matching: the apparent high-order speed advantage is resource-dependent, not a demonstrated intrinsic geometric or computational speedup.- At transit 1 tau_A, archived co-helicity twist-averaged center p95 values are 1.451756554 for mode 3, 1.326704039 for mode 6, 1.236 approximately for mode 8, 1.155134833 for mode 10 and 1.089680290 for mode 12. Higher-order structure is more fragile under this spectral diffusion model.- For mode 3, archived co-helicity, counter-helicity and phase-shuffled mean overlaps are 1.099930895, 1.000689179 and 1.003586736. Counter-helicity is not generically superior in cycle-averaged overlap.- The retained-integer-mode counter-twist alignment law is 1/(2 gcd(modes)): mode 3 gives 1/6 turn, mode 6 gives 1/12, mode 10 gives 1/20, 6+10 gives 1/4 and 1+2+3+6 gives 1/2. Fresh pure-mode executions align to less than 1e-12 RMS mismatch. Archived conditioned profiles retain nominal-window RMS mismatches from approximately 3.33e-16 to 7.552677e-4; the law does not certify exact whole-profile alignment for every stored parent.- The sampled 320-schedule search has five nondominated schedules, reflecting a conditioning/retention tradeoff rather than an exhaustive global optimum. The full original campaign runner and saved angular parent-density states were not located in the inspected extension and matching ZIPs. The parent CSVs contain summary time series rather than those angular states. Full historical campaign reproduction therefore remains incomplete. The historical source commit is unpinned. Fresh synthetic profiles test the unchanged handoff module, not the original parent-generation campaign. Original figures and certificate are preserved as archived evidence rather than newly generated results. Status is supported for bounded module execution and archived consistency, experimental for reduced-model interpretation. The source certificate's validated_reduced_polar_handoff label is attributed historical wording. The positive synthetic checks do not exercise the module's density-floor clipping branch. Checks are not independent-seed replications or a universal validation certificate. No Lorentz-force, induction, reconnection, kinetic evolution, physical dimensional folding, vacuum/cosmology equivalence, fusion performance or whole-Studio efficiency is established. No source edits, sensor activation, parameter tuning or next-phase center experiment is included.
