Secure Impulsive Control of Singular Markovian Jump Neural Networks Against Hybrid Attacks: A Hybrid Event-Triggered Mechanism

Oct 2026 · Mathematics · 0 citations

Abstract

This paper investigates the hybrid event-triggered impulsive control problem of singular Markovian jump neural networks (SMJNNs). The simultaneous presence of denial-of-service (DoS) attacks and deception attacks (DAs) over the communication network is explicitly addressed. To facilitate a bandwidth-adaptive scheduling framework, a mode-dependent dynamic event-triggered mechanism (DETMαid) is proposed, wherein the dynamic threshold is adaptively adjusted by utilizing both real-time bandwidth occupancy and the Markovian mode. Furthermore, to effectively mitigate the severe data losses caused by DoS attacks, an immediate triggering mechanism (DETMαia) is activated at the attack ending instants. Integrating DETMαia and DETMαid yields a hybrid event-triggered mechanism (HETM), which governs the impulsive instants of the designed mode-dependent impulsive controller. In addition, by systematically analyzing the evolution of the constructed Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) over both continuous intervals and impulsive instants, LMI-based sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the global exponential admissibility of the SMJNNs. Finally, numerical simulations and analog resistance–capacitance (RC) network circuit experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
