Abstract
Postoperative acute kidney injury (AKI) is associated with substantial morbidity and mortality. Reliable estimates of AKI after surgery in children are lacking. To address this gap, we aimed to synthesize the available evidence on the incidence of AKI after pediatric noncardiac surgery.
