Hangar Form Cell: Dieless Robotic Sheet Metal From CAD to Certified Part Without Vendor Cloud

Abstract

An open reference architecture by CodeNinja Atoms for system design in physical AI, in aviation and aerospace manufacturing, written for an aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul facility in the United States. A vendor-independent dieless robotic sheet metal cell: dual-arm synchronized forming with generic interchangeable styli, an offline CAD-to-path and springback compensation stack the facility owns outright, in-process metrology closing the dimensional loop, and a fourteen-object Asset Administration Shell record per serialized part that joins blank certificate, toolpath release, scans, force traces and nonconformance evidence. Two Apache-2.0 models (Anomalib 2.7.0, Chronos-Bolt) run on a fanless cell edge computer; an eight-card 48 GB PCIe inference server in the facility holds the registered models behind a hardware data diode; the certified safety function admits no software verdict. Three phases with a written kill criterion on sacrificial blanks before any flight part. Appendix A prices the compute and sensing classes from cited public list prices against renting eight L40S cards. Canonical page: https://codeatoms.ai/dieless-sheet-metal-cell-aerospace-mro-us/. The object model (hyper-ontology/1) and the model register are included. The operator is described by class, never by name. Designed on CodeNinja Praxis, the CodeNinja Atoms platform for designing physical AI systems.

The impact of agile practices on communication in software development

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

Proof-based general-purpose computing with Magnetar

Zero-knowledge proofs can verify computing results without rerunning workloads or exposing sensitive data. Magnetar helps bring them into the mainstream with support for standard programming languages, major speed gains, and quantum-resistant security.
