This Perspective describes the Vaccine Integrity Project, established in 2025 in response to concerns about the stability and integrity of US vaccine policy due to disruptions to the work of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices; outlines the process for the 2026-2027 evidence review; and summarizes key findings regarding vaccine effectiveness and safety.
