Mathematical modeling of heat and air regime in the main building of the Ivanovo TPP-2
Abstract
It is necessary to ensure a high-quality microclimate of the main building of a thermal power plant (TPP) for efficiency of technological process and compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documents in the field of industrial hygiene. In this regard, the development of an adequate mathematical model of the heat and air regime of the main building of a thermal power plant is an urgent task. Such model makes it possible to analyze the distribution of temperature, humidity, air velocity and impurity concentrations within the facility under various technological operating modes of the equipment and changing outdoor climatic conditions. The main building of Ivanovo TPP-2 has been chosen as the object of study. Mathematical modeling of microclimate parameters of the main building of Ivanovo TPP-2 has been carried out using the ANSYS Fluent software package. A mathematical model of the heat and air regime of the main building of Ivanovo TPP-2 has been developed and implemented in the ANSYS Fluent software package. The numerical mathematical model of the heat and air regime has been adjusted by verifying the calculation results with the results of the passive experiment. Using the developed mathematical model, the microclimate parameters of the research object have been calculated, including temperature, relative humidity, air velocity and concentration of volatile gaseous impurities for the cold and warm periods of the year. An analysis has been also carried out to determine whether the microclimate parameters comply with the established sanitary standards. The developed mathematical model of the heat and air regime of the main building of Ivanovo TPP-2 makes it possible to calculate the microclimate parameters of the main building of a thermal power plant in any period of the year, taking into account the specific features of the technological operating mode of the equipment. The model also allows assessment of the compliance of microclimate parameters with sanitary standards requirements and evaluation of measures aimed at improving the energy efficiency of thermal power plants.
