Abstract

The article examines the mechanisms of constructing and transforming negative identity, ranging from external stigmatization to self-stigmatization. It uses the phenomenon of "successful success" as an example to demonstrate how a destructive model of self-perception develops in today's digital culture. This construct directly threatens social security, as the widespread imposition of destructive labels leads to social apathy, societal atomization, and the deformation of social connections. The theoretical foundation of the research includes concepts from Aristotle, P. Bourdieu, St. John Chrysostom, E. L. Cunliffe, and B.-C. Han., which enable the analysis of the transition from external stigmatization to internal experiences of negativity. The role of causality and self-stigmatization in shaping negative identity is explored through media and literary examples by J. L. Borges and D. F. Wallace. The conclusion is that in a digital environment, individuals become both subjects and objects of social pressure, reproducing mechanisms of self-exploitation and internal violence. The article argues that overcoming neural violence in this context involves rejecting imposed labels and redefining identity by embracing one's own subjectivity, rather than conforming to destructive social roles and expectations from others.
