Abstract

The image analysis, object localization involves several techniques for determining the position of an object, including centroids, edges, and pixel-wise segmentation. Among these, bounding box localization provides a useful compromise between simplicity in parameterization and usability for further analysis. In addition, it is more practical for reference than pixel-level segmentation. This research is notable for its efforts to refine object localization techniques by developing innovative methods that balance practicality and performance. It highlights bounding box localization as an optimal approach, combining ease of parameterization with robust analytical capabilities. By incorporating improved evaluation techniques such as accurate recall curves and non-maximal suppression, this study provides deep insights into classifier performance in real-world settings. Furthermore, the study of sliding window methods and comparison with efficient sub window search (ESS) provide valuable insights into computational efficiency and localization accuracy, making them particularly relevant for applications in automated systems and computer vision. Windows Localization (Azure), AWS Translation Validator, Google Content Checker, IBM Watson Language QA, Salesforce Multi-Lingual Support, SAP Internationalization Tool. Evaluation Parameters: Scalability, User Satisfaction, Implementation Cost, Maintenance Cost. The results indicate that Windows Localization (Azure) achieved the highest rank, while Salesforce Multi-Lingual Support achieved the lowest rank being attained. “The value of the dataset for the Windows Localization (Azure), according to the WASPAS Method, Windows Localization (Azure) achieves the highest ranking.”
