Abstract

CNETP V2.0: NEURO-EMOTIVE TRANSLATION PLATFORM FOR NON-VERBAL INDIVIDUALS Author: Dr. Mohamed Kamal Arafa El-RakhawiDOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23340466 A revolutionary assistive technology restoring emotional prosody—not just meaning—for individuals with Locked-in Syndrome, ALS, and severe communication disorders, addressing the profound psychological isolation caused by current AAC devices. Core architecture: Non-invasive multimodal sensors (EEG/fNIRS + residual physiological signals) + Neuro-Emotive Fusion Algorithm + Constrained LLM prompting + Latent-Space Prosody Mapping Engine + Personalized Neuro-Emotive Dictionary with variational updating. Four critical medical and algorithmic corrections: (1) Replaced micro-facial tracking (useless for paralyzed patients) with calibrated residual signals (HRV, respiration, single-muscle sEMG); (2) Replaced impossible open-ended thought decoding with constrained LLM probabilistic prompting via Neuro-Emotive State Vectors; (3) Replaced linear prosody equations with non-linear latent-space conditioned models (diffusion/transformer vocoders) for naturalistic speech; (4) Replaced computationally intractable exact Bayesian updating with Variational Bayesian Approximation and Contrastive Learning for real-time edge-device adaptation. Performance: Restores authentic emotional expression with sub-second latency, on-device neuro-privacy, and continuous personalized learning. Applications: severe motor disorders ($15B), non-verbal ASD ($10B), neuro-rehabilitation ($8B), next-gen HCI ($20B). Total market: $50B+ by 2030. Comprehensive IP protection: 5 technical claims covering multimodal fusion, constrained semantic generation, latent-space prosody mapping, variational adaptive learning, and edge-device correction. Trade secrets, perpetual moral rights under Berne Convention. All rights reserved, proprietary. Full citation: El-Rakhawi, M. K. A. (2026).
