Service computing model for multimedia education management: digital evaluation and improvement strategies for smart classroom operations

Educational Technology and Pedagogy

Abstract

Against the backdrop of educational digital transformation and sustainable development, conventional experience-driven management frameworks fail to satisfy complex operational demands covering smart classroom multimedia education service, cloud-edge collaborative resource allocation, intelligent scheduling and maintenance service, and staff governance. Supported by computer algorithms, this paper constructs a digital evaluation and regulation framework for multimedia education administrators based on edge-enabled data collection and service computing model. It fuses data mining, entropy weighting and analytic hierarchy process to build a multi-dimensional digital assessment system targeting QoS optimization and rapid fault response. Using operational and managerial datasets collected from multiple educational institutions for empirical computation, this study diagnoses prominent bottlenecks in multimedia education governance: low operation efficiency, vague job accountability and poor cross-resource coordination. Drawing on algorithmic analysis outcomes, targeted optimization schemes are proposed to upgrade cloud-edge collaborative model architecture, streamline service operation workflows and refine performance appraisal mechanisms. The empirical results verify that the proposed digital algorithm framework can significantly boost refined management capacity, steer smart classroom multimedia education governance toward a data-centric, high-efficiency and sustainable operation paradigm, and deliver actionable references for service management upgrading of peer educational organizations.

The impact of agile practices on communication in software development

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.
