Research on the Construction of Food Supply Chain Risk Assessment Indicator System
Abstract
At present, the risk management of food supply chains in China is faced with problems such as one-sided risk identification, inconsistent evaluation criteria, fragmented control systems and inadequate early warning mechanisms. In line with industrial realities and policy requirements, this paper adopts the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to establish a full-process risk assessment indicator system for food supply chains. It identifies, quantifies and classifies various risks, and clarifies the priorities of risk prevention and control. The research results show that logistics and distribution, raw material supply, as well as production and processing are the three core risk areas. Major risk points include incomplete traceability systems, out-of-control production quality, non-standard terminal distribution and emergent public health incidents. Targeted countermeasures including hierarchical prevention and control, full-process supervision, digital traceability and emergency support are put forward. The findings help transform food supply chain risk management from post-event remedies to pre-warning and whole-process control, and provide theoretical reference and practical support for food enterprises and regulatory authorities.
