Emprendimiento y tecnología: revisión sistemática de factores de éxito en la convergencia organizacional
Abstract
This research aimed to explore the strategic interplay between business entrepreneurship and technological innovation as a critical factor for achieving sustainable organizational success, addressing the conceptual gap present in existing literature where these two elements are frequently studied independently. The methodology applied was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), involving the critical evaluation and content coding of 25 high-impact scientific publications spanning the 2015–2024 period. The results revealed that technological integration is imperative (with 87% adoption) and that there are five critical dimensions of innovation. Business model innovation (32%) and production process innovation (28%) were the most prevalent. Seven essential factors of success were synthesized, highlighting visionary-technological leadership (78%), a culture of experimentation (72%), and hybrid talent. The findings support the idea that competitive advantage originates from the strategic orchestration of technology within coherent business architectures, challenging technodeterminist views and underscoring the necessity of systemic innovation. Key limitations involve publication bias and contextual heterogeneity across the reviewed studies. The main conclusion states that the synergy between entrepreneurship and technological innovation is an essential strategic factor for organizational competitiveness. Sustained success requires developing dynamic capabilities that effectively blend technological expertise with creativity in designing business models, thereby bolstering organizational resilience.
