Abstract
: Background: Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is an aggressive malignancy characterized by rapid progression, early metastasis, and molecular heterogeneity. Neuroendocrine (NE) and non-neuroendocrine (non-NE) SCLC subtypes differ in transcriptional programs related to Achaete-scute homolog 1 (ASCL1), Neurogenic differentiation 1 (NEUROD1), POU domain, class 2, transcription factor 3 (POU2F3)
