Abstract
Twenty leafhopper species were recently collected from Qinghai Province, China, including one new genus of Deltocephalinae and a new species of the microleafhopper genus Parafagocyba. The new genus, Juhira gen. nov., and two new species, Juhira haxionggouensis sp. nov., Parafagocyba wangzhihuii sp. nov., are described, and their genitalia and habitat photos are provided. Three species are newly reported from Qinghai Province, including Elymana emeljanovi Dworakowska, 1968, Kaszabinus burjatus (Kusnezov, 1929), and Pantallus alboniger (Lethierry, 1889). Two species, Mocuellus occidentalis (Emeljanov, 1989) and Macropsidius arenicola Emeljanov, 1972, are newly recorded from China.
