BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT: ESSENCE, FEATURES AND CURRENT STATE

Abstract

The article is devoted to summarizing the essence and features of the entrepreneurial environment and analyzes its state in Ukraine under the conditions of russian aggression. The use of comparative analysis made it possible to formulate the author's interpretation of the concept of "entrepreneurial environment", which is consistent with the systemic approach, institutional theory within the framework of studies of the influence of various institutional conditions on the development of entrepreneurship and the five-level structure of the entrepreneurial environment proposed by the authors. Some indicators of the business environment of modern Ukraine are analyzed. It has been established that in the conditions of Russian aggression, the Ukrainian business environment is consistently being reproduced, creating conditions for the implementation of modern development strategies, growth in various segments, supporting the movement towards the European community, which does not exclude the need for regulatory intervention on the part of international, state, branch, and regional institutions. Among the key problems of today, the solution of which is of an urgent nature, the need to ensure the protection of supply chains, the predictability and stability of tax legislation, and a clear and transparent reservation system have been singled out
