Abstract
This article examines an approach to formalizing the description of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) based on semantic modeling. Modern ITS architectures are analyzed, including the concept of cooperative intelligent transportation systems and the "vehicular cloud." Integration of the semantic model with the classification of user needs based on the KAREN methodology is proposed.
This article explains how ontology-based semantic layers work and advocates for their use as versatile enterprise tools. They add shared meaning, context, and governance to data, improving integration, analytics, oversight, and AI reliability across organizational systems.

A prototype assistant is described to support fuzzy knowledge representations and fuzzy rule-based consultations to allow artificial mobile assistants to manage rule-driven consultations by capturing and recommending problem solutions through natural language interfaces.
An evaluation showed that the proposed solution for creating and maintaining software ontology-centric systems is a promising way for the organization of an ecosystem for collaborative development of viable information and software resources.

An open architecture knowledge representation module that can be used as a stand-alone service or embedded in other systems, which accepts the constraints necessary to make subsumption and recognition tractable, and maintains a careful distinction between definitions and assertions.
A solution within the context of the emerging Semantic Web that includes use of ontologies to overcome some of the problem of efficient discovery and interoperability of heterogeneous Web services is presented.
