TL;DR
It is proposed that two Gram-stain-negative strains isolated from marine sediments collected from the South China Sea represent a novel species of the genus Pseudoalteromonas, for which the name Pseudoalteromonas nanhaiensis sp.
Four Gram-stain-positive, aerobic, non-motile and rod-shaped bacterial strains, designated A82T, A588, A196T and A204, were isolated from soil samples collected from Marmota sibirica burrows in Hulun Buir, Nei Mongol Autonomous Region, China. All four strains grew at 4-30 °C, pH 6.0-10.0 and 0-6.5% (wt/v) NaCl, and they were positive for oxidase and catalase activities. Phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequences indicated that the four strains belonged to two species within the genus Microbacterium. Strains A82T and A588 exhibited the highest sequence similarity to Microbacterium profundi Shh49T (98.83%) and Microbacterium murale 1 Gi-001T (98.67%). Strains A196T and A204 were most closely related to Microbacterium aerolatum NBRC 103071T (99.10%) and Microbacterium shaanxiense CCNWSP60T (98.63%). Comparing the four isolates with their reference strains showed that average nucleotide identity and digital DNA-DNA hybridization values were below the accepted species-delineation benchmarks of 95-96 and 70%, respectively. For the type strains A82T and A196T, the DNA G+C content was 64.7 and 65.4 mol%, respectively. Chemotaxonomic analysis revealed that both type strains possessed MK-13 as the sole respiratory quinone. Additionally, diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol and unidentified glycolipids were the major polar lipids. Furthermore, anteiso-C15 : 0 was identified as the major fatty acid, and the diamino acid in the cell-wall peptidoglycan contained alanine, glutamic acid, glycine, aspartic acid and ornithine. Therefore, strains A82T/A588 and A196T/A204 represent two novel species within the genus Microbacterium. Microbacterium wangyouchuni sp. nov. (A82T/A588, type strain A82T=GDMCC 1.5865T=JCM 38342T) and Microbacterium zouquanmingi sp. nov. (A196T/A204, type strain A196T=GDMCC 1.6024T=JCM 38357T) are proposed.

Two Gram-stain-negative, rod-shaped, aerobic bacterial strains, designated 200-1SWT and C21-150M6T, were isolated from seawater samples of the western Pacific Ocean. Both strains were able to grow in the presence of 1-10% NaCl, at pH 6-9 and at 10-37 °C. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences indicated that both strains belong to the genus Pseudooceanicola, with strain 200-1SWT closest to Pseudooceanicola marinus CECT 7751T (97.6% sequence similarity) and C21-150M6T to Pseudooceanicola flagellatus DY470T (97.8%). Genome sizes were 4.77 Mb (G+C content: 67.1 mol%) for 200-1SWT and 4.32 Mb (G+C content: 63.4 mol%) for C21-150M6T, with average nucleotide identity and digital DNA-DNA hybridization values with other Pseudooceanicola species below 86.5 and 32.0%, respectively. In silico genome mining identified several putative secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene clusters, suggesting that the strain possesses unexplored biosynthetic potential. Cellular fatty acid profiles identified summed feature 8 (C18 : 1 ω7c and/or C18 : 1 ω6c), C19 : 0 cyclo ω8c and C16 : 0 as the predominant fatty acids for 200-1SWT, as well as C18 : 1 ω7c 11-methyl, C16 : 0, C18 : 0 and summed feature 8 as the major fatty acids for C21-150M6T. The only respiratory quinone detected was ubiquinone 10 for both strains. The major polar lipids of both strains were phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylglycerol and phosphatidylmonomethylethanolamine. Based on phenotypic, chemotaxonomic and genomic characteristics, strains 200-1SWT and C21-150M6T represent two novel species within the genus Pseudooceanicola, for which the names Pseudooceanicola aquaeponti sp. nov. and Pseudooceanicola profundi sp. nov. are proposed; the type strains are 200-1SWT (=MCCC 1A12849T=NBRC 117448T) and C21-150M6T (=MCCC M22851T=NBRC 117449T), respectively.
