Highlights • Unique DBS17, ID7, and ID19 mutational signatures found in this colorectal cohort.• Prevalence of canonical Western drivers (APC, TP53, KRAS) was markedly lower.• Indel hotspot variants in EIF2B3 and UBR5 were enriched in non-survivors.• MET, SOX9, and TGIF1 overlapped across variant and global genomic datasets.
