Abstract
Take Home Message Mini–holmium laser enucleation of the prostate significantly reduces post–holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) urinary incontinence rates and improves recovery times compared with standard 26 Fr HoLEP. It also presents a better intraoperative profile and procedural efficiency while maintaining no significant differences in symptom relief, urinary flow improvement, and safety outcomes.
