Overall, this study provides a systems-level computational investigation of Pleurotus ostreatus-derived compounds and their potential interactions with cancer-associated targets, however, these findings are based on computational predictions and require further experimental validation to confirm their biological and therapeutic relevance.
This study investigated Altissimacoumarin H (ATSC), a naturally occurring terpenylated coumarin, using an integrated in silico workflow combining target prediction, network pharmacology, transcriptomic assessment, molecular docking, molecular dynamics, ADME/toxicity prediction, and density functional theory (DFT).

Findings support the hypothesis that ICA may serve as a valuable natural compound for treating HER2‐driven breast cancer; it requires further experimental validation.
The results suggest that A. cardamomum could serve as a potential source for developing new plant-based therapies against breast cancer and further in vitro and in vivo investigations are warranted to validate their efficacy and safety.
