Abstract
Paper-based attendance and conventional systems such as cards, RFID, and fingerprint devices still have limitations in preventing attendance fraud, verifying employee presence in real time, and supporting workers who operate outside a single attendance-machine location. This study aims to design and develop HadiRin, a web-based digital attendance system that combines location verification and selfie capture in a single attendance flow, while also providing digital leave and permission submission and approval by HRD/Admin. The software was developed using the Prototyping method through requirements gathering, rapid design, prototype evaluation, revision, and implementation. The system uses the browser Geolocation API and MediaDevices API on the client side and a relational database on the server side. Functional evaluation using black-box testing based on scenarios and data obtained from actual system usage showed that multi-role authentication, check-in/check-out, location validation, photo capture, leave submission, HRD/Admin approval, and employee data management operated as expected. The manual attendance recording in church congregations often causes inefficiency, long queues, and high risk of data loss or human error. This study aims to design and implement an automated attendance system based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) integrated with real-time Telegram notifications for the GSJK Tlogosari Congregation in Semarang. The Research and Development (R&D) method was used, involving hardware design using an ESP32 microcontroller, RC522 RFID module, LCD, LEDs, and buzzer, as well as software development using the Arduino IDE and Telegram Bot API. Black Box testing was conducted to verify the functional aspects, reading distance, and notification delivery speed. The results indicate that the system operates successfully with high accuracy. The "tap-and-go" mechanism effectively reduces the attendance process time to 2–3 seconds per member, significantly faster than the previous manual method. The Telegram Bot API successfully sends real-time attendance notifications to the church administrators, while the local feedback indicators (LED, Buzzer, LCD) provide clear validation for the congregation. The system is highly dependent on Wi-Fi stability; however, it has proven to be an effective solution for modernizing church administrative services based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology.

Manual guest books in public offices often create incomplete visitor records, slow visit-history retrieval, weak host approval control, limited real-time visibility of active visitors, and difficulty in producing accountable reports. This study develops a web-based digital guest check-in system for monitoring visits at the Communication and Informatics Office of Tegal Regency. The research applies the waterfall model covering requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance planning. The system includes guest self check-in, WhatsApp number validation, ID-card OCR assistance, host selection, host approval, visit status monitoring, in-app notification, Role-based Access Control, audit log, report export, and emergency attendance. The implementation uses Next.js 15, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS on the frontend, NestJS on the backend, Socket.IO for realtime communication, and a relational data design prepared for PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM. Functional testing showed that login, guest check-in, form validation, OCR correction, approval, visit search, check-out, overstay marking, notification, reporting, user management, host management, endpoint handlers, and emergency attendance worked according to expected outputs. The developed system improves operational traceability, reduces dependence on paper records, strengthens role-based control, and provides faster visit information for front office, host, security, administrator, and leadership roles.

Lockers commonly used in daily life, both in public and private spaces, are generally still conventional and rely on metal keys for security. However, physical keys often cause problems such as being lost or misplaced. With the rapid advancement of technology, many devices can now be integrated with digital systems, including lockers frequently used by the public. Therefore, this project aims to develop a locker security system based on fingerprint and RFID technology integrated with a website, in order to enhance both security and user convenience. The system utilizes a fingerprint sensor for user authentication and RFID as an additional access card. The ESP32 microcontroller serves as the data processor and transmits information to the website. The website is developed using PHP as the main backend language and Bootstrap as the frontend framework to create a responsive and visually appealing interface. The development process applies the waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. Testing is carried out using the black-box method. The test results show that the system successfully improves security and convenience through dual-layer protection using fingerprint and RFID. In addition, the integrated website allows administrators and users to monitor user data and locker usage history efficiently.

This research aims to design and develop a QR Code-based attendance information system for lecturers and students in the Information Systems Study Program at Universitas PGRI Silampari using PHP and MySQL. The system was developed to overcome problems associated with the existing manual attendance process, including recording errors, delays in data processing, and the potential for attendance data manipulation. The system was developed using the Prototype development method, which consists of requirements analysis, prototype design, evaluation, refinement, implementation, and system testing. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all system functions operated according to user requirements. The test results indicated that all system features, including user login, lecturer and student data management, QR Code generation, attendance recording, and attendance report generation, functioned successfully with a 100% success rate. Therefore, the developed system is considered valid and capable of improving the efficiency and accuracy of attendance management, simplifying attendance monitoring, and supporting faster, more accurate, and well-structured report generation.

Daily production data recording at PT Daw Son Indonesia is currently carried out using paper-based media and manual spreadsheets, leading to information delays, human error risks, and a lack of real-time monitoring. This study aims to design and develop a web-based, integrated production reporting information system to support tactical management decision-making. The system development explicitly utilized the Prototype method, emphasizing an iterative cycle with users to ensure functional alignment. The application was developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. Functional testing was performed using the Black Box Testing method in a standardized environment. The test results demonstrated a system success rate of 94.44% (17 out of 18 scenarios met), where role-based authentication modules, production data management (CRUD), automated achievement calculations, and security protection against SQL Injection and XSS vulnerabilities functioned optimally according to specifications. Overall, this information system is declared highly feasible for implementation to enhance operational efficiency, guarantee daily data accuracy, and accelerate manufacturing trend monitoring at PT Daw Son Indonesia.
