Abstract

Recovering high-quality video from sparse event streams is a challenging task. Regression methods often blur textures, while existing generative models struggle with long-term stability. We propose LongE2V, a novel approach that leverages pre-trained video diffusion priors to jointly handle event-based video reconstruction, prediction, and frame interpolation. By fine-tuning a foundational video model, our approach achieves high data efficiency and superior perceptual quality. We introduce Autoregressive Unrolling and Adaptive Context Switching to mitigate temporal drift in extremely long sequences. We also propose Reencoding Alignment with Cross Residual Correction to ensure precise bidirectional consistency during frame interpolation. Furthermore, Event Voxel Density Augmentation ensures robustness across varying sensor resolutions. Extensive experiments on real-world benchmarks demonstrate that LongE2V outperforms state-of-the-art methods across all three tasks, exhibiting exceptional temporal coherence and zero-shot generalization.

Diff-VF: Training-free High-quality Long Video Generation via Diffusion Model

Recently, diffusion models have made great progress in video generation. However, most existing video diffusion models are trained with short videos, and degrade when extrapolated to long videos, struggling to maintain long-range temporal coherence while retaining diverse motions. To generate consistent, high-quality and dynamic long videos, we propose Diff-VF, a training-free, plug-and-play and model-agnostic framework that converts existing short-video diffusion backbones into long-video generators without modifying or fine-tuning the base model. Diff-VF couples three complementary strategies: Hybrid Noise Initialization (HNI) to constrain global semantics, Weighted Window Sampling (WWS) to remove inter-window discontinuities, and Temporal Extended Sampling (TES) to establish long-range dependencies with a timestep-varying fusion. We further extend Diff-VF to long-video enhancement via Skip Residual Guidance that balances fidelity and realism through timestep-dependent guidance. VBench-Long evaluation results show that Diff-VF achieves a more favorable balance between temporal coherence and motion diversity than base models and recent training-free long video generation baselines, including FreeNoise, FreeLong, and RIFLEx, while maintaining competitive frame-wise quality. Experiments on two base models demonstrate the applicability to video diffusion models with different spatial-temporal modeling strategies. Extensive ablations validate the contribution of each component and hyperparameters.

Stream4D: 4D-Consistency for Streaming Autoregressive Diffusion Video Models

Streaming autoregressive diffusion models enable real-time, long-horizon video generation, but their training objectives optimize local frame prediction rather than the geometry and dynamics of a coherent world: long rollouts accumulate geometric drift and degrade into static or unnatural motion. Recent bidirectional approaches address this problem using rewards signals built upon 3D Gaussian-Splatting reconstruction. However, a single rigid 3d reconstruction cannot model a dynamic scene, so this critic penalizes genuine object motion as reconstruction error and is maximized by freezing the video. This shortcut is especially detrimental in the AR setting, where each chunk can propagate an already-static configuration. In this work, we propose Stream4D, which replaces the static critic with a feed-forward 4D reconstruction reward that explicitly models scene dynamics, allowing coherent motion to receive high consistency rewards. To further guide motion magnitude and quality, we add a motion prior that rewards natural scene-flow magnitude while penalizing jitter and non-rigid artifacts. Our final recipe combines these two terms with a lightweight perceptual anchor. Across various autoregressive video backbones and various generation horizons, Stream4D improves 4D reconstruction quality, preserves motion more effectively, and achieves higher human-aligned preference. SPEED: One-Step Pixel Diffusion for High-quality Video Frame Interpolation

Despite the success of diffusion models in Video Frame Interpolation (VFI), existing methods still suffer from two critical limitations. First, latent diffusion inevitably loses fine-grained details when reconstructing images from latent representations back to the pixel space. Second, multi-step sampling incurs prohibitive memory consumption and inference latency. To address these issues, we propose SPEED, a one-step pixel diffusion framework for high-quality VFI. Specifically, SPEED employs a progressive multi-stage architecture with dynamic patch scaling to effectively learn multi-scale motion, structural, and appearance representations. Furthermore, we propose a novel Noise-Update-Only Attention mechanism to prevent semantic degradation of the clean condition frames while reducing the computational overhead by nearly 50%. Besides, we introduce a Drift-aware Timestep Sampling strategy coupled with a tailored training objective to directly predict images in the pixel space, enabling one-step inference without compromising the quality of the generated frames. Extensive experiments show that SPEED achieves state-of-the-art performance. On SNU-FILM, SPEED reduces LPIPS by 8.8% while delivering 63.3% faster inference and 10.6% lower memory usage. On challenging 4K benchmarks, it further surpasses prior methods by up to 51.5% in LPIPS.

LiveVVT: High-Fidelity Video Virtual Try-On in Real Time

Diffusion-based Video Virtual Try-On (VVT) achieves high visual fidelity through bidirectional spatio-temporal modeling, but complete-clip dependence incurs prohibitive latency and computational overhead in practical continuous deployment. Naively enforcing causality disrupts pretrained bidirectional priors and substantially degrades synthesis quality. We introduce LiveVVT, a rolling streaming diffusion framework that preserves bounded bidirectional modeling within causal recurrent generation. Within a fixed-size window, LiveVVT jointly denoises multiple video chunks under bounded look-ahead, preserving local bidirectional interactions while emitting one clean chunk per iteration. Beyond the window, two complementary memories sustain long-term consistency: a bounded temporal memory propagates recent dynamics and occlusion context, whereas a persistent global appearance memory, constructed once from the target garment and a frontal try-on keyframe, anchors garment details and dressed appearance throughout the stream. We further introduce a progressive distillation framework integrating bidirectional VVT learning, teacher-trajectory regression for causal few-step adaptation, and Collaborative Matching Distillation, which couples teacher-distribution matching with rolling flow matching on real videos to align optimization with recurrent inference. Experiments on paired and unpaired long-sequence benchmarks demonstrate superior generation quality over similarly sized models, with $26\times$ lower latency and $11\times$ higher throughput, enabling high-fidelity real-time streaming VVT.
