To assess the activation of survival pathways after PDT, human perihilar cholangiocarcinoma cells were subjected to PDT with zinc phthalocyanine-encapsulating liposomes and whole genome expression analysis was performed using Illumina HumanHT-12 v4 expression beadchips.
