Impact of Inhalation Sedation on Cardiovascular Haemodynamics in Hypertensive Patients Requiring Dental Treatment: A Clinical Observational Study

Inhalation sedation with nitrous oxide and oxygen was associated with reductions in heart rate and blood pressure in hypertensive patients undergoing dental treatment, while maintaining stable oxygen saturation, and was also associated with reduced dental anxiety and facilitation of dental procedures.

Bone Ring Grafts Versus Non-Resorbable Membrane GBR for Vertical Ridge Augmentation: A Prospective Cohort Study

The bone-ring graft technique was associated with greater vertical bone gain and a lower incidence of membrane exposure compared to GBR using a non-resorbable membrane, and further studies with longer follow-up are required to confirm these findings.
