The FA-loaded NIPAM-MAA nanogel effectively addresses the physicochemical limitations of fusidic acid, including poor solubility and rapid clearance, by providing a regulated and sustained release profile, however, formal cytocompatibility and in vivo efficacy evaluations are required before clinical translation.
