SIB in CHR-P individuals reflects a multidimensional clinical profile primarily outside of core psychosis-risk symptoms, and overall subthreshold psychotic symptoms across the SIB spectrum indicate increasing overall subthreshold psychotic symptoms across the SIB spectrum.

A relationship between sleep disturbance and suicidal ideation/attempts in CHR is supported, with participants who had lifetime ideation and attempts experiencing more sleep disturbance than those with no ideation or attempts.

Distinctive subcortical connectivity predicts treatment response in first-episode schizophrenia.

A distinctive subcortical FC pattern dominated by the striatum was identified that was associated with overall treatment outcomes in first-episode schizophrenia and was positively correlated with the actual reduction in PANSS total scores following antipsychotic treatment.
