FGD5 regulates PGK1 ubiquitination to synergize with 2-deoxy-D-glucose in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

FGD5 is identified as a metabolic vulnerability that increases PDAC sensitivity to the glycolysis inhibitor 2-deoxy-D-glucose (2-DG) and a mechanistic framework supporting combinatorial strategies that couple glycolysis inhibition with perturbation of FGD5–PGK1-associated proteostasis is provided.
