On computing Goldstein approximate second-order stationary points of structured nonsmooth nonconvex programs
A randomized first-order algorithm to compute Goldstein approximate second-order stationary points of $L$-smooth functions, using tools from randomized smoothing and applications to bilevel optimization are presented.
